This office fit out project for XBite transformed the workspace into a modern, collaborative environment designed to support productivity, wellbeing and company culture. Working closely with the client, The DL Company delivered a complete office fit out featuring open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, boardrooms, privacy pods and glazed partitioning systems.
A key focus of the project was creating a workplace that reflected the XBite brand. Bespoke branding elements, including feature wall graphics, company logos and custom wall art, were integrated throughout the office to create a strong visual identity and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.
The fit out also included a refurbished kitchen and welfare facilities, modern office furniture and updated washroom facilities. Natural finishes and biophilic design touches, including tree-inspired wall coverings and organic textures, were incorporated throughout the space to create a bright, contemporary workplace with a connection to nature.
The result is a flexible and professional office environment that balances collaboration, privacy and comfort while supporting the continued growth of the XBite team.
