Not only do we focus on client-related achievements, but developments within our own team which keeps The DL Company running on a daily basis.

Company wins for 2022
It’s been a fantastic year of growth for The DL Company. We have been working hard with a number of big clients over this year, including SBD Apparel, Paces Sheffield, Morgan Sindall and Spear & Jackson but to name a few.
Across a number of different industries, our services have proven to make a difference for these clients. Working alongside them has proven to open up many great opportunities for the whole team, and we look forward to expanding our business with similar work for the future!
Team wins for 2022
As well as addressing the huge company-level wins for The DL Company such as our work with big clients, we must also focus on our team wins for 2022!
Alongside many other areas of our business, we have also expanded our team to include new staff members. From apprentices to Office Interior Designers, we’ve grown our workforce quite a bit this year.
Billy and Tyler are our duo of apprentices who joined us this year, and they were both eager to get stuck in on site from the word ‘go’. Always ready to learn and develop their skills, Billy and Tyler have demonstrated that they’re willing to bring The DL Company’s visions to life. They always ensure that they help to maintain the company’s reputation within the industry, and we’re very lucky to have them on board.
Joe also joined our team this year as our very own in-house painter and decorator. Prepared to do whatever it takes to get the job done to a consistently professional standard, Joe is an enthusiastic team member who always gets things done within the confines of time. Great to have you and your skills, Joe!
With a natural passion for interior design, Hannah joined our team as an Office Interior Designer. Her innate desire to make our clients’ design visions a reality makes her an invaluable team member, always striving for perfection. Hannah is also eager to continue building and maintaining relationships with new and existing suppliers. Thank you for your dedication Hannah!
What can we expect in 2023?
As we approach our 50th year anniversary, as a company and family we’re filled with excitement for all that 2023 will bring. We will continue to grow as a hardworking team, but also as a well-known name within our industry, welcoming new clients and taking on larger more demanding projects.
We’re always proud to see our people grow personally as well as professionally, enjoying weddings and the ever-expanding DL Company family. We look forward to helping our clients create spaces which encourage wellbeing and growth, and that we continue pushing boundaries and evolving within the commercial interiors industry.
